Chapter Philanthropy and Service

The national philanthropy of Zeta Tau Alpha is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. As a chapter, we strive to raise awareness and funds to battle this disease that strikes 1 in 8 women each year. You may be familiar with such things as the Think Pink trademark. It is a registered trademark of Zeta Tau Alpha. You may also have attended or experienced NFL Pink Out games. 23 NFL teams support the cause and ZTA partners with them every year to hand out ribbons and raise awareness. 

ZTA is also associated with Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, serving as a national sponsor, and Yoplait, teaming up with them to bring the Save Lids, Save Lives campaign to campuses all over the United States.

On the Bethany College campus, we also host such events as Big Man on Campus, Pasta With a Purpose, and Pink Out games with our sports teams to raise funds to combat breast cancer, bring awareness to others, and continue research to eradicate this disease.
